First, Smoked Tri Tip Hors D’oeuvre features our Flamed seared hardwood smoked tri-tip  that is hardwood smoked to maintain a medium rare appearance. Crafted with care using wholesome ingredients and natural hardwood smoking in order to deliver a memorable mouth watering experience. We are proud of our USDA Certified Angus Beef® Upper 2/3 of Choice. No gluten, MSGS or binders and fillers.

Secondly, It is paired with half a pound of Boise Bistro homemade Smokey BBQ Sauce. It consists of special blends of sauces and Boise Bistro spices to add a special touch.

Lastly, you will receive 2 sour dough batard bread loafs.

Tri Tip Care Instructions

  • Grill heating: remove from package, place on grill on medium heat, heat until internal temperature reaches 140°.
  • Oven heating: Remove from package, wrap in foil, place in 300° oven and heat until internal temperature reaches 140°. Carve Tri Tip against the grain.
