  • 100% Pure Smoke-Baking process; No sugar, Very low sodium – Not brined  (A significantly lower sodium content than traditional smoked salmon)

Smoke-Baked™ Salmon Care Instructions

  • For optimum freshness, thaw naturally in refrigerator before use.
  • Refrigerated unopened Salmon will stay fresh for up to 10 days. Use within 3 days after opening.  Thawing in microwave is not recommended for this product.
  • Smoky Market Smoke-Baked Salmon fillets are wonderful served at room temperature:
  • Remove from package and allow fillet to sit out of refrigeration for 10 minutes to reduce the chill before use.
  • When heating the Salmon fillet to serve as an entrée, place thawed fillet on cookie sheet in 400° oven for 4-6 minutes.
  • Recommended internal serving temperature is 130°-135°.
