Boneless Glazed Pork Loin Family Dinner is perfect for smaller gatherings 8 and under!

This meal features our Hardwood Smoked Honey Spiced Glazed Boneless Pork Loin. It is cooked and hardwood smoked for 5 hours. Then we glazed it to perfection with our combination of sugar (produced in Idaho) and Boise Bistro Market Spices.

It’s then accompanied by our Red Skinned Mash Potatoes. They are approximately 30% redskins and 70% russet potatoes. You can even add your own seasoning to enhance the flavor and offer a customized dish! Top with cheese, bacon bits, and sour cream. However, you can eat them how they come and they are just as great!

Pork Loin Care Instructions

  • Our Hardwood Smoked, Boneless, Honey Spiced Glazed Pork Loin can be served cold, room temperature or heated.
  • To heat your delicious Pork Loin, leave it in its original foil on a cookie sheet and place in a 300° oven for 5 minutes per pound to an internal temperature of 110°-120°.
  • This will remove the chill. Do not over heat.

Use caution when opening; natural juices and sauces have collected at the bottom of the foil. Reserve the sweet and smoky sauce to spoon over the meat upon serving.

Refrigerated pork loin will stay fresh for up to 7 days. Unused Pork Loin can be frozen for up to 6 weeks.
